Xiamen university has collected hydrometeorological, sediment, chemical and biological data in the Taiwan Strait, Dongshan Bay, Xiamen Bay, and Zhangjiang Estuary since 1987, comprised of ship, buoy, and sampling observation. We dispose of these data and set up 3 databases for upwelling ecosystem in the Taiwan Strait, bay ecosystem, and wetland ecosystem, including 13 datasets.
